Entry Cancellations, Substitutions & Refunds
We get it—life happens. But this trail waits for no one. If you need to cancel your entry, we require written notice via email to support@capecobratrail.com by the following dates:
50% refund if cancellation is requested on or before 1st September 2025. No refunds for cancellations from 1st September 2025 onwards. There are no deferrals to future events. No exceptions.
Substitutions will be accepted between 22 – 26 September 2025 only, and will incur a small admin fee. To request a substitution, email us at info@capecobratrail.com.
